All you need to take a break from stressful reality.. great people , great view, great program, most relaxing spa.. the room is really nice- but I did not like that the bed was enlighten when you went for the bathroom - not perfect layout - food was great - big choices and also the drinks included
Perfect location, excellent and very friendly service, all activities (fitness, wellness, children clubs) and really awesome and I'd say a highlight of this resort. Food is quite good, especially if you book a half board you'll have a Jaus'n time (afternoon break) included.
The beds are really hard and the pillows too big for my taste, but that is really individual. Everything is very clean and taken care of.
We can definitely imagine coming again here.
Update : if you have time, go for a facial done by Ute. She is absolutely amazing cosmetician. My skin was so perfectly and carefully cleaned.
The hotel was ok to be honest the beds were really hard and I had a hard time sleeping with the pillows which were pretty dirty. The breakfast was really good and we had a lot of choices of food since it was a buffet. I was extremely disappointed in the therme and pools because I was expecting so much more looking at the pictures and reviews. In total it would be nice stay for just a very short period of time , if you want a longer stay you should check the hotels near the lakes and beautiful views.
I forgot my backpack with some important stuff inside and my ski helmet in the ski room and after I contacted them, the staff was kind enough to send it by post to me. Great service! Besides that, great food and great rooms.
We stayed at this place for four nights and were absolutely satisfied. The sauna area is above average and the service was excellent.
Just spent the evening here and it is BEAUTIFUL! The spa is great, very relaxing and the pools are surrounded by mountains.
I have to say, this place is a dream and the staff are lovely!
Spent Xmas Eve Dinner with them, nice choice on the Buffet! just not to well organised with Guests collecting there food.
The hotel is quite nice, spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, working wifi. The food was great, and the evening was quite the show. Drinks are included, and so is a snack in the afternoon. So their half board provides quite the complete service.
However, we found the connected spa somewhat ridiculous: For us, the water was too cold and the staff at the entrance super unfriendly and not very helpful. This could be done better! There is quite a lot to do around the hotel, so renting bikes (all available in the hotel), etc. could be quite nice!
